Michael Ländin är en svensk kompositör och låtskrivare precis som Max Martin, Andreas Carlsson, Björn Ulveus och Benny Andersson. I ungdomen vann han flera talangjakter och har också placerat låtar hos olika artister både i Sverige och utomlands. Han har också signat låtar hos Warner Chappel, Hitworks and Pama.

Under 2015 var Michael med i “Svensktoppen nästa” där han spelade och sjöng låten “Wish I Could Fly Away”. Han var också med och uppträdde på galan för Världens Barn i Kalmarsalen samma år. Normalt sett är han låtskrivare med fokus på att skriva låtar till andra artister.

Några av de han skrivit låtar tillsammans med är Cris Antwall, Helen Kerner, Kevin Reardon, Thomas Berglund, Anders Lundquist, Megan Nuell, FM Cossey, Isak Fredholm, Noah Fredholm, Jesper Rune, Michael Lövgren, Johanna Toth, Patrik Larsson, Alexander Bergil, Kevin Nevel, Chad Dexter och Ellen Xylander. 
Tillsammans med Ellen Xylander och Michael Lövgren hade han en sommarplåga med “Walking in the Sunshine“. Med Kevin Reardon vann han dessutom en musiktävling i USA. 

Michael har också skrivit musiken till flera musikaler. “Ivar” och “Jenny” har gått på Kalmar teater och setts av över 7000 teaterbesökare. Båda hämtar sin inspiration i människor knutna till Kalmar och manusförfattare är vännen Jonas Helberg. Tillsammans planerar de ytterligare en musikal som kanske kan ha premiär 2028.
